Shane Isley is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of West Coast Behavioral Consultants, Inc. and co-founder and President of Optimal. Since completing his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas, Shane has developed and led two successful corporate divisions: Optimal and Blueprints.
In the human service sector, Shane has led clinical counseling services for children and families dealing with challenges including autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and oppositional defiant disorder. He has conducted extensive research in the areas of goal-setting and teaching formats for children with autism.
Shane has taught behavior analysis courses at both UNT and the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He has also served as Vice President of membership for the International Society for Performance Improvement-Seattle Chapter. He is often called upon to present his research at local, state, and national professional conferences.
